Including showing up on property unannounced to knock on my door and speak to me, and as his behavior has escalated his manager, Ashley has not handled it properly at all, and I have had to now go through renters help at 711. after living here for two years with no issues and my previous landlord Shauna Romero being switched out this year with Robert Mitchell, I have been retaliated against and harassed due to reporting his unprofessional behavior, and lack of responses for maintenance.

The team of Windermere Property Management have always treated me with respect and courtesy. They took in consideration my time and work schedule when needing to manage my place either for safety inspections and or maintenance work. Acting fast and quickly resolving any maintenance issues however few I had. They care about my concerns and the many questions I had for them. They were very patient and professional. Thank you all and especially Aimee, Sue and Sharlie for making my living space these past years enjoyable, safe and comfortable.

Within 10 days of first notifying Windermere of a poorly performing toilet, we had two plumber visits; one that tried to clear the lines via snaking that didn't work well, but led to a recommendation for a new toilet. The second visit was with Wes, who was totally professional, friendly, and very efficient in removing the old toilet, snaking the outflow line, then installing a MUCH better toilet that is still "low-flow" yet powerfully flushes waste. Excellent service.

The staff is kind and helpful. I do wish I could speak to the actual owners of the house I rent. I believe it is important to have a face to face relationship with your landlord. I am a good person and treat the property well, and I want them to know that and to know how much I enjoy living here.

Ignacio Ramos worked patiently to try to repair my old toilet. When it became apparent it needed to be replaced, we worked together to identify a new one, and he replaced it carefully and efficiently. I enjoy working with Ignacio.
