Lyon is responsive to any maintenance issues and all of the staff are courteous and professional. I do wish they would facilitate more communication between myself and the owners. The house I rent is a perfect prospect for solar power, and there are programs that do not cost the owners anything, but I can’t get any communication between myself and the owners to discuss the possibility of solar and other energy efficiency improvements.

Tony is always attentive to our requests for repairs and answers to questions.

The installer of the dishwasher was efficient, professional and did a great job explaining how to use the new dishwasher.

Tong and Lee helped me to move the apartment. Thank you so much to them. They answered my all questions and solved my problems very quickly.

When a breaker blew out, Mariel at the Woodland office was able to get an electrician out to take care of the problem pretty quickly. Thanks!
