I feel well taken care of by Lyon, the handyman Steven Worker is great and I love my neighborhood. My only concern is the rent going up when it is not necessary. I am a good tenant and with electricity and gas costs going up along with rent going up, my gradual pay increase in my school district is not keeping pace with the continued increase in the cost of living. It just seems unnecessary to raise my rent all things considered.

Overall Lyon is great. Very responsive! Sometimes if you put in work request it can be awhile before someone comes to fix it. They'll ask you to try to fix it yourself first and one time sent a YouTube video on how to fix something.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating to my needs. That’s very important to me!
