The roll of the property manager is of extreme importance. Most of the time the owner is not the visible party however if the property manager is professional, kind considerate and personable then both the tenant and the owner will have the greatest relationship. The property manager is the glue between the two parties! Our property manager is a number one. We have met no one like her and such a long time and we have been long time renters.
