The care and concern for me as a tenant has greatly improved over the past couple of years. I feel that I’m now being heard and listened to and that there is more concerted effort to address the needs and concerns relating to me and the property where I reside. There has been a notable endeavor by Lyon to establish a better and more positive working relationship. For this, am grateful and look forward to the future and continued tenancy here.
