It's refreshing to have immediate attention to any needs that might come up, especially after moving from an apartment with no hot water for months and then floor flooding for a couple. Respectful, friendly and truly have your comfort in mind.

As a tenant with Lyon Property Management, my experience was generally okay. They handled most things well, but they were a bit slow in responding to maintenance requests and emails. It would be great if they improved their communication speed.

Our first property manager was bad and often lost track of the progress she had to make to our house in terms of replacing our appliances in a timely manner. But afterwards, we got a new manager, Brittany, and she was amazing, she always made sure to respond to our needs and questions in a timely manner! The second manager really did an amazing job!

I love the little house we rent and the process to apply (a few years ago) was very straightforward. Maintenance on the house is usually completed, but often there are long delays between us reporting an issue, like our garage door not opening, and the repair of the issue.

There was a surprise regarding paying for parking. An additional $50 a month. We paid for six months in advance to a HOA that won’t eve speak to me because I’m a tenant. My son is still receiving warnings on his vehicle threatening to tow.
