I could not be happier with Lyon Property Management's service. They have managed a rental home for me for many years and have done a fantastic job. The property managers I've had in the past five years have been extraordinarily talented, effective, and responsive to my tenants and me. When tenants have acted improperly, they have handled them extremely well, resulting in an immediate end to the problems. They have also provided sound and effective advice on business issues, like the degree of rent increases and special lease provisions. When repairs have been needed, they've responded promptly and provided craftspeople who did the work cost-effectively. When a large improvement was needed, replacing a large wood deck with a concrete patio, they went above and beyond to obtain good pricing from capable contractors, oversee the planning, and check the on-site work. That resulted in a great outcome. I believe Lyon Property Management has become even better with Ashley Andreoni now leading the team. I was very fortunate to have her as my property manager for several years, and found that there is no one better. Now she works hard to ensure that the entire team meets her standard of excellence. Lyon Property Management has my strongest recommendation!
