With a consideration to the covid-19 pandemic and the problems therein. I am concerned about how many electricians that Lyon has vetted. I live in a building that was built in I think, 1956. I and my neighbor have had electrical issues this year, there is a lack of electricians to deal with issues. I am sure you are working on it, but thought I would bring awareness to this issue regardless. Overall my experience with Lyon has gone well!

They are always very responsive when I do have to contact them. I rarely do contact them as the home is great.

I’ve rented through Lyon Property Management for the last 5 years, same house. I’ve not had a bad experience yet. Staff is friendly and responds promptly when I need something and have been very flexible during the pandemic with payments/issues.

Julian was great and he did a very quick and great job fixing two of our issues! He was not instructed to fix our sink though and said that Lyon was still talking about it.
