Very good service but have had issues with my property manager not being responsive so I had to send multiple texts and emails and calls to get what I needed or have something resolved. I like her and appreciate her, just concerned sometimes about availability when I had a more urgent move in question or need.

This rental was previously managed by another property management company, and it was a difficult process to communicate with them, accomplish anything in a timely fashion, coordinate work orders, maintenance requests, or get anything done. I could not be happier with the new management Lyon has provided. Brittany has been attentive, proactive, and has great initiative and follow through. The building itself is old, and has had several major issues since my tenancy began in September 2022. Roof leaks, power failures within the unit due to faulty wiring, failed appliances, and most recently, a significant water leak. Lyon has addressed everything. It's refreshing to know that the professional courtesy and customer service relationship between tenant and property management is still important to the staff at Lyon. Thank you for your commitment to excellence.

My experience with Lyon has been very positive. Thankfully, I haven't had too many issues with the place I'm renting, and those I've had have been addressed in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, the staff I've had the opportunity to meet have been really helpful and kind.
