I appreciate the courtesy and respectful service when things in my place need fixed, serviced or inspected. Recently I had the annual safety inspection. Ashley was very patient and flexible with my schedule availability. She was also very courteous during the inspection. Attentive to my concerns and questions. Thank you!

All maintenance requests have been responded to and resolved promptly. The seasonal check-ups of the HVAC system are greatly appreciated, along with the annual safety inspections. The online portal makes payment and other communication simple and easy.

Very good service but have had issues with my property manager not being responsive so I had to send multiple texts and emails and calls to get what I needed or have something resolved. I like her and appreciate her, just concerned sometimes about availability when I had a more urgent move in question or need.

This rental was previously managed by another property management company, and it was a difficult process to communicate with them, accomplish anything in a timely fashion, coordinate work orders, maintenance requests, or get anything done. I could not be happier with the new management Lyon has provided. Brittany has been attentive, proactive, and has great initiative and follow through. The building itself is old, and has had several major issues since my tenancy began in September 2022. Roof leaks, power failures within the unit due to faulty wiring, failed appliances, and most recently, a significant water leak. Lyon has addressed everything. It's refreshing to know that the professional courtesy and customer service relationship between tenant and property management is still important to the staff at Lyon. My experience with Lyon has been very positive. Thankfully, I haven't had too many issues with the place I'm renting, and those I've had have been addressed in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, the staff I've had the opportunity to meet have been really helpful and kind.

Lyon is always very quick in responding to maintenance requests and Robert and Steve, their maintenance men, are simply the best in implementing the needed repairs. It's been a true pleasure to rent with Lyon and I have done so now for 17 years...

Lyon Management is awesome! I especially want to recognize Shawna Romero! She is a wonderful manager of our property and listens to concerns we have. She also takes swift action on all maintenance issues.

They are responsive and our requests/needs are addressed by them in a timely manner. We appreciate Lyons Property Management very much!
