It is too soon to really rate Lyon. The previous management was for the most part non functional. One of my complaints is the increased need to educate tenants how to Recycle. Precious “management” encouraged everything in a plastic bag and dumped into the landfill. There is a need for positive reinforcement of correct recycling. Tenants do not seem to understand that a plastic bag does not belong in the composting, or in the paper recycling. Also need to see how pool will be cared for I the summer. Previously if was often closed for no reason at the hottest time of the summer. I appreciate group emails to tenants. We did not have that. As well as the portal for work orders.

The staff is professional and responsive to maintenance issues. As an older single person, I appreciate their support.

Love the Lyons Property Management team that we work with. This is our third year renting a gorgeous house in SunCity Roseville. The place is under the management of Lyons Realty. Lyons is a reasonable effective proactive property manager. The house is being maintained in a move in ready status 24/7. My husband and I appreciate living in a place so readily maintained. We value this place and so does the property managers. It's all good!
