Fantastic customer service. Ethan and Tasha were easy to work with and both were very knowledgeable about the whole rental process. Tasha was very helpful with our move in.

The main reason for this rating is when we moved our items out of our rental unit, there was a rat infestation with droppings throughout our items and dried urine stains. We took pictures of the unit after taking out items out. We had rented for 2 months but only moved in for about 30 days and it was clean when we moved in. We had to clean everything thoroughly, launder all clothes and even throw away some items. If there was no rat infestation we would have given a rating of 8. It would be a 9 if the elevator by the loading dock was not disabled.
