Clean..safe. dry. Doesn't smell. Well secured.

I had to switch units twice with no type of compensation. First time was due to a leak. The second time was due to a rat infestation and both times I had to throw away a good part of my stuff.

Overall the services were perfect for my needs. Clean and easy access to this location. Pricing started to creep up more and more each year so I had to consider my finances and make some moves.

It was easy to reserve the storage room online. Directions for accessing the gate/ finding the room were clear- the lock provided was easy to use. Office hours are convenient as well- thank you!

once inside the facility it's great, but the map provided was difficult to follow, outside of the facility is not well labelled and sadly the office person at the time of arrival to unit seemed annoyed to be asked questions and I felt as though he was a little condescending with his answers.

Very convenient however when we arrived, there was no lock in the unit. Had to get walk to front desk to get a lock. Unfortunately it was the wrong lock so I had to walk back to the front desk to get a new one.

The check-in/start up process was extremely easy and seamless. While we were in transit to the facility, we rant into significant traffic delays which caused us to arrive after the stated closing time. Our daughter was able to go to the facility and complete all the steps to initiate the rental with us on the phone with her. Tasha was extremely helpful and patient in explaining everything to our daughter and us, recognizing the situation.
