Easy to work with. Only complaint is I was charged for a lock. The day we moved into storage we gave the lock back and said we didn't need it but was not reinbursed for the lock.

Second time using this facilty for storing my daughters college dorm stuff. First time no issues at all however this time the unit had a rodent problem as items stored for just a little over 4 weeks had rodent droppings and urine on it

I had to switch units twice with no type of compensation. First time was due to a leak. The second time was due to a rat infestation and both times I had to throw away a good part of my stuff.
