Great experience so far, my only feedback is that your location is very busy on weekends and you need more carts!

serious pest issue at this location mice !!!!! moved out first unit went different unit on different floor sill miceduring warm weather & cold weather season unacceptable!

Office often not manned, gate locked people in and did not work. No ody in office to help

I loved doing business with Sunny at the Forge Dr. Newark, DE facility. She was always courteous and the facility was clean. She was attententive and resolved any issues that came up, and explained procedures and rules in place. I would give her a 10. I gave the 8 score because when I called to inquire about moving to a smaller unit the man i spoke with was not very courteous, he did give me the info but I did not feel like a valued customer so I decided based on the cost of the smaller unit and our interaction I closed my account.and and

Easy to register, same day. Your team was amazing and helpful.

Super easy to work with. Very nice employees helping with full detailed questions and move in/move out logistics. Very well lit, seemed to have good security system.

Security for the unit is good, pest control was good, staff was friendly and went above and beyond.

Cube Smart representative was great to work with and the location of this site met my needs.

We were quite satisfied for the short time we were there. Staff was helpful and friendly.
