It was easy to put in a work order through theresident app. The next day a maintenance worker promptly arrived to check my fridge . It had been freezing food. He adjusted the temperature to 2 degrees C and we left a cup of water over night. The next day it was still liquid we thought maybe I need to add more food to that section. He adjusted the temperature to 7 degrees.. I left the same glass in the fridge just to be sure. Next day the water was frozen solid. So this is not normal and thus brand new fridge does have an issue.To summarize the app to get service works well, the maintenance worker was prompt and did his job well, but this strange malfunction in this fridge persists so I had put in a second work order.So the system works well. I am not worried as I am sure this will be resolved.

Easy to use request process on the app.I would suggest a feature where when the request is pending but not fullfilled yet it can either be edited or deleted by the requestor if the request is no longer necessary. Certainly, an "additional information" field to be able to add new details if they come up.

I have submitted the repairmen ticket but the maintenance person said there is no need to replace toilet wax and then they leave.
