Overall, I like the suite, the location, the amenities, and other matters I wrote in a recent email about my lease renewal. The recent corridor renovations, however, left an ugly area around the door inside my suite which has not been addressed yet. Management is aware.

No issues with neighbours, maintenance staff is amazing, cleaning staff is kind and friendly but, office staff is lacking in the communication department.

Overall things are great. However, we are struggling with the elevators being out of order for such an extended period of time (we have a small child so the stairs are not a reasonable option on a daily basis) and for example this morning I had to wait 5 elevators for one that wasn't full and the only reason we got on was other people got off so we could get on (very kind of them and typically doesn't happen), several false fire alarms (often in the middle of the night - which again with a small child is VERY disruptive), a a lack of respect demonstrated by people on our floor leaving garbage on the floor in the garbage shoot room a a general messy disaster.
