Recently I moved from my house. I have been adjusting to apartment living. Some issues cropped up with the fridge and and with the thermostat and heat. I put in maintenance requests. It was not long that these were attended to.

It was easy to put in a work order through theresident app. The next day a maintenance worker promptly arrived to check my fridge . It had been freezing food. He adjusted the temperature to 2 degrees C and we left a cup of water over night. The next day it was still liquid we thought maybe I need to add more food to that section. He adjusted the temperature to 7 degrees.. I left the same glass in the fridge just to be sure. Next day the water was frozen solid. So this is not normal and thus brand new fridge does have an issue.To summarize the app to get service works well, the maintenance worker was prompt and did his job well, but this strange malfunction in this fridge persists so I had put in a second work order.So the system works well. I am not worried as I am sure this will be resolved.
