10 minutes after I contacted emergency after hours to report a leak, I received a call from someone from maintenance who said he would be here in 30 minutes, and he was here in 30 minutes. He stopped the leak from the apartment above, and told me someone would be here the next day to reinstall the box on the ceiling over my bathtub. The next day it was done as promised. Great Service!!

We have lived here 4.5 years; the rent has increased 40%. But we like the WPP service.

Recently I moved from my house. I have been adjusting to apartment living. Some issues cropped up with the fridge and and with the thermostat and heat. I put in maintenance requests. It was not long that these were attended to.
