Very easy app to use and writing a request

Tina, our agent, was extremely difficult to talk to and deal with. She has no understanding of hospitality and is very condescending and harsh in the way she interacts with us. Rest assured planning to extend our tenancy or recommend this place will be hard given our experience with her solely. Represents management poorely.

Opening a maintenance request has been very easy and straightforward. I couldn’t explain in words what happened, so the possibility to upload photos has really helped me

could you guys solve the elevator problem, there is only one elevator working today, over 30people waiting for this only one elevator, this is crazy, you guys either stop upgrading the other Elevator, or you stop letting people book the elevator.

I submitted my 1st request on Sep 3rd and leave a message on weekend phoneI saw the service was scheduled but nobody showed upI re-submitted 2nd request on September 7th and saw this work was scheduledUntil Sep 10th, my son told me the dishwasher drain problem has been fixedI listed my request as emergency because water buildup in dishwasher and worried about overflowing on floor.Nobody showed up until 7 days later.Not happy for service response and repairs speed.

I love living here. Maintenance and management are on top of everything. Housekeeping on a daily is great. No complaints so far.
