Response time was very fast! I requested help with cleaning my balcony of the pigeon droppings. The staff members that came did an absolutely incredible job! I am very happy with the way my balcony looks now! Thanks again!!

Mostly is satisfying, however sometimes there’s weird smells in the north tower lobby. Also the water machine in the gym is not working since around January.
