I submitted my 1st request on Sep 3rd and leave a message on weekend phoneI saw the service was scheduled but nobody showed upI re-submitted 2nd request on September 7th and saw this work was scheduledUntil Sep 10th, my son told me the dishwasher drain problem has been fixedI listed my request as emergency because water buildup in dishwasher and worried about overflowing on floor.Nobody showed up until 7 days later. Not happy for service response and repairs speed.

I love living here. Maintenance and management are on top of everything. Housekeeping on a daily is great. No complaints so far.
