After submitting my site review form and noting that everything looked good with only a couple of small items that I needed attended to the contractor responded and took care of the additional smoke detector and my issue with the microwave. Everyone has been helpful. It made for a positive move in experience for me. Thank you!

I received a response the same day that I submitted a maintenance request. I was surprised by the quick action taken and was not expecting anyone to contact me so quickly. I am very pleased with the service provided.

My experience was good. Thomas is always prompt. The only thing that I would prefer is to be notified that our requests are acknowledged that it was received because sometimes until we hear from Thomas we don’t know that you have received it.The only thing that would help is to be notified that our request were received. Unless we hear from Thomas we don’t know if anyone has even seen it. Thomas is always great. He is prompt once he receives the request and let’s us know when he is on his way.
