The house should have been perfect for me & my spouse except for the Patio leaking badly when it rains I think it’s the way it was built but Wisdom always responds & try to fix the problem and we appreciate that

I've lived in my unit for over a year and Wisdom Properties is new for about a month now. So far, they appear to be responsive and that's important! The last management company did absolutely nothing! I appreciate responsiveness at the least. Thanks.
