It's been very pleasant and everyone has been very helpful.

I love the desserts. Overall the employees are pretty good. Building is always clean but the outside needs work. The electric door doesn't work properly. Maintenance is always buy. Most people are friendly here. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff was very friendly and professional. I received excellent care. It was confusing to wait so long for a care conference. More attention upon admittance would have been helpful. Thanks for everything.

Wonderful Physical Therapy Department with a great Physical Therapy team. I cannot say enough good things about Physical Therapy at Wolf Creek. This was my first time at a skilled nursing facility and I give the nursing staff 5 stars.

This is my third time at Wolf Creek, I love it here. The staff is attentive and caring. They are good listeners and they meet all my needs. The therapy is second to none, and the activities are thoughtful and fun.

People were very good to me, polite with very few exceptions. The therapy department was excellent. They did wonderfully.

I have been to Wolf Creek twice for recovery and rehab for multiple rehabs. I will be returning after my next hip surgery in two months. I would not go anywhere else! Staff very attentive and personally involved. GREAT rehab team.

My stay at Wolf Creek from the very beginning was a huge surprise. First off, it was so clean and odor free for my whole stay. The CNA staff was very professional and so kind.we built positive relationships right away. I had a rather short stay and the food was really good, another surprise! All the nursing and nurses was very personal and accurate. I suggested to a few of the nurses at Wolf Creek should go to school and become Doctors! The rehab department got me up and at em right away and boy, am I glad about that! I would highly recommend Wolf Creek Care Center to all I know.
