The message that I received after was appalling because I was coming from work, you know this summer as I open my door the room was hot soI turn the air on it wasn't working, and whoever sent me message thatlike, I have to know the weather degrees before calling 📞 infact I didn't like the reply

I like the events the office has, I've finally visited the pool area, very clean, I also tried the laundry area for the first time. I also have quiet neighbors even though I don't know all of them yet.

They fixed the light above my microwave, which I greatly appreciate. But there is still a hole in the seem of my window that “is for rain drainage” well that hole is letting bugs into my apartment right above my bed and needs to be fixed immediately. This is not “luxury living”.

I live in 3324 apt B facing the woods. There’s a lot of trees and branches on the grass and nobody is taking this debris away to make it clean.We’re paying high rent here to have a terrible view in the back. Please do something about it because it’s not pleasant to see this. Thank you .

Very nice apartment community and leasing staff. Tour and follow-up went smoothly. Only difficulty was figuring out total monthly costs and application/move in fees. Other apartments include utilities in the rent price, so it is slightly misleading.

Moving out wasn’t bad at all, I appreciate the clear and easy instructions. Leasing office staff was great and I teared up saying bye to everyone they were so good to me during my time here.

I asked 3 times for a railing to hold on to going down the outside stairs. I see some people have them but No one did anything about my request. And I'll never live with some one over me again in life.

I haven’t been home in a week, when I made the request (May 3) later that day I left.I had family over and we fixed the toliet before leaving but I couldn’t cancel the request.I just got back late last night, and it is not working.I’m not sure what happened from the time I’ve been gone, because it was working before.

All I can say is keep up the GREAT work!! Living here has been GREAT! Hands down to the staff
