My kitchen sink still has water back up from somewhere and I guess since I can’t say exactly where you can’t either and my bathroom and bedroom has a mill dew smell I’m just not satisfied with the way you do things when it comes to repairs

I’ve been living here since 2022. I have THREE (3) “hanging blinds” panels that have fell off from my sliding glass patio door. WHILE I AGREE IT’S NOT AN EMERGENCY, I’ve ordered new furniture and would like the blinds repaired BEFORE my new furniture arrives. Can I at least get an approximate cost of what it would take to have the 3 “hanging blinds” panel replaced?

Those with dogs don't always pick up after their dogs, often times in front of my apartment.

Parking enforcement could be more consistent they choose to ignore certain unauthorized parked cars and vans every night..

I don’t feel as the problem was solved by creating another problem now my child’s room is cold in there so I’m not happy with what you guys done to resolve this issue it shouldn’t cost me more money just because you guys don’t want to really resolve the problem because it’s cold out now

Property always covered in trash and bird droppings. Management is slow to respond to requests. Fees and rent increases every year making living here no longer cost attractive, would rather live in Chicago for same cost. Parking is a nightmare.
