I enjoyed how detail and direct the tour went

It is a very nice neighborhood to live

I want to live here forever.

There were four blinds missing. The team only replaced three and left the fourth on a chair.

My kitchen sink still has water back up from somewhere and I guess since I can’t say exactly where you can’t either and my bathroom and bedroom has a mill dew smell I’m just not satisfied with the way you do things when it comes to repairs

Very good area, ❤️

Office and maintenance staff are top notch.Laundry and parking. Nothing you haven't heard before.

I’ve been living here since 2022. I have THREE (3) “hanging blinds” panels that have fell off from my sliding glass patio door. WHILE I AGREE IT’S NOT AN EMERGENCY, I’ve ordered new furniture and would like the blinds repaired BEFORE my new furniture arrives. Can I at least get an approximate cost of what it would take to have the 3 “hanging blinds” panel replaced?

Those with dogs don't always pick up after their dogs, often times in front of my apartment.

Parking enforcement could be more consistent they choose to ignore certain unauthorized parked cars and vans every night..
