I don’t feel as the problem was solved by creating another problem now my child’s room is cold in there so I’m not happy with what you guys done to resolve this issue it shouldn’t cost me more money just because you guys don’t want to really resolve the problem because it’s cold out now

Property always covered in trash and bird droppings. Management is slow to respond to requests. Fees and rent increases every year making living here no longer cost attractive, would rather live in Chicago for same cost. Parking is a nightmare.

Wry nice people in the office. When there is a problem in the apartment maintenance comes very quickly. Very quiet neighborhood. Very happy living here.

Very nice choices of apartments and the complex is well kept.

I wish there were more handicapped parking spaces or more parking spots.

I asked for my patio screen to be replaced and my window for my bedroom has no screen, I also asked for a replacement air filter for the AC system. I only received the patio screen. Maintenance never contacted me to get the window screen put on or an air filter, and the maintenance request was marked complete.What kind of joke is this?

Ms.Shane and her colleagues at the office, the grounds and maintenance have really been an awesome team to produce what has become a comfortable environment to live in .Thank you Woodland Ridge management!!
