Hall carpets are filthy, need replacing. Older building. Ambient noise (freeway sounds and pollution) a few years away when windows are open. Packages sometimes go missing; a box of drugs and syringes showed up on my apt doorstep instead of the resident’s who ordered them.(Dry ice was lukewarm warm; they sat there for days.) Tenants are nice but management is a CRE and resort owner. Residents throw large amounts of plastic and styrofoam in the green bins.

Woodlands at Forbes Lake is the perfect name for the view out my windows - its heavenly. And I feel very safe here.

Mae and Hana are so welcoming and always to help residents. The new maintenance man, Anthony, is very friendly and seems to be very knowledgeable. I love living here.
