Friendly staff& I loved the setting amongst the trees & water. I talked to a couple residents & they loved it there, like a big family that looks out for each other. It’s a happy place!!

Tour guide was great. We were disappointed we didn’t get to see an apartment. Call with AI didn’t tell us this, and the AI kept cutting out.

I was very happy with the property.

Hall carpets are filthy, need replacing. Older building. Ambient noise (freeway sounds and pollution) a few years away when windows are open. Packages sometimes go missing; a box of drugs and syringes showed up on my apt doorstep instead of the resident’s who ordered them.(Dry ice was lukewarm warm; they sat there for days.) Tenants are nice but management is a CRE and resort owner. Residents throw large amounts of plastic and styrofoam in the green bins.

Extremely nice and professional service. Mae (and her husband) and Almira were very helpful and knowledgeable. Applied for a unitSame day based largely on how welcoming staff and residents were.

Mae was quite helpful about my pass and upcoming new life with worlds changing. Great on versatility

Overall, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE ANOTHER CLOSET AS I FEEL SHORT OF STORAGESPACE.
