Very accommodating

The door lock plate was installed and works properly. Thank you. The plate was a little loose because it can't be tightened any more, that's what the technician explained to me. That's exactly how the problem started, it was loose with a little movement until with frequent use it ended up falling off and stopped working.

The staff was very helpful and quick to process paperwork and help with getting the apartment that I wanted.

The only negatives were finding the right time to meet with both having a busy schedule

Sarah was very thorough and communicated in a timely manner. All keys were available along with garage opener and gate opener. I appreciate good service and enjoy working with her. So far so good, no repairs necessary etc. Thank you. Linda

unit was in good shape, well stocked, clean.The upstairs unit has people who are often noisy, often after 11pm.
