If this is in reference to the gardeners, they did an incredible job. They were pleasant and nice. The yard looks great. I asked him if he was going to trim the two trees and he said, "It was too hot." So, he said that he would talk with the office about that. The palo verde tree, if not pruned regularly, will interfere with the cable and power lines coming to the house. Overall, they got five starts from me!

Very respectful and get the job don

I am pleased with Xepco in some ways. Sarah Eckard has always been very helpful and courteous in discussing various concerns of mine, especially easing the transfer of the SCE account from my responsiblity (and very considerable senior discount) to the owner who makes us pay full board. I am supposed to pay only 20% per month and I'll be checking with Sarah when I return 11-1-23 to verify this is the case. According to my lease agreement signed with James Arend, the former owner, 9-5-19, #5 states that the owner pays for water and trash costs. Also, I know my rent is very reasonable, but I do think that raising it the full 5% allowed by law annually is very unfair, as I live there less than 20 percent of the time and take excellent care of my apartment. The few repairs I requested were completed very quickly and efficiently. I think that sums it up. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. Best, Melanie Raney

The ladies and gentlemen at the office are Easy to work with. Any maintenance issue they are on top of it.

We are waiting for Williams plumbing to come back to repair the leak under our sink. ( ASAP ) They have completed the job. SOMEONE needs to repair the outside wall, there is a slice 6 inches by 18 inches that needs to be filled in and plastered. Thank you Bob Rifkin
