I love renting with Xepco properties because they always respond quickly every time I have a malfunction in the unit I rent, and they are always keep their units in good condition, they are very responsible and very efficient.

I have no immediate concerns. Our home is being cared for very well w/ a few exceptions previously expressed to your company. We have been here at this home for five years and are very happy. We would definitely appreciate our monthly rent to be stabilized since it has significantly gone up each year!

Always there when we need anything

While the vendors for both the A/C and Plumbing have been great, the follow up from Xepco is lacking. I am selecting the 4 to prevent any negative review on the vendors. The issue is that the HVAC unit calls for new filters every 90 days which are supposed to be supplied however they’ve only been replaced by Xepco once. This was brought up during the last standard maintenance visit when they didn’t have the size with them and never returned with the correct ones. In 2.5 years I have paid for and changed the filters four times, Xepco only once and the A/C vendor replaced them once. However this should be at least 8 times by Xepco since 09/2020. This isn’t the first time I’ve mentioned this.

Management is attentive to tenants' needs and property is kept very well maintained.

Love the online portal system for maintenance requests, rent payments, uploading renter's insurance, checking my account, etc. When I put in a maintenance request, Xepco responds within 48-72 hours, then it's up to the service company to get scheduled, I do understand this. I've been here for almost 5 years and love my home. I feel very safe and comfortable here.
