Excellent service from Alvin at the Jacaranda location, he went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly before we moved in, the day we moved in, during our visit to our unit - and exceptional when we had a problem with accounts (system issue when transferring to smaller unit) - he ensured that everything was fixed in a timely manner and explained where the error occurred etc.
