My pipe has still not been fixed in the bathroom and continues to dip continuous🙃 . The plumber came to my unit this past Monday and told me that he did not had the equipment to complete the job and that he will return on Tuesday. To date the plumber has not returned to my unit to fix the pipe. I have been speaking to Violeta and last spike her yesterday. The plumber was supposed to returned to my unit yesterday between 5 PM.and 6 PM but never showed up! Its the 3rd time in the past week that the plumber has not shown up! I plan to visit the office on Monday.

The garbage area is filthy and the tenants are the reason.How is it that people don't know what compost is.You need more signs and more letters directly to tenants. I won't be staying if this matter isn't corrected904

HelloOverall, the move-in process was fair; however, there are several areas where improvements could significantly enhance the resident experience.Clearer communication regarding move-in procedures — including parking arrangements (especially noting that visitor parking is unavailable at night), elevator bookings, and access times — would be greatly beneficial.Ensuring that all keys, fobs, and access cards are prepared and verified prior to the resident’s arrival would also help prevent unnecessary delays. As of today, none of my fobs are functioning properly. For example, yesterday I had to ask another resident to open the laundry room door because my fobs did not work.Additionally, having a designated staff member available after office hours, or implementing a 24/7 system to assist with visitor parking passes, would be very helpful. There are occasions when friends or family visit in the evening, but no one is available to issue a parking pass after 3:00 p.m. when the office closes.Implementing these measures would greatly improve convenience, accessibility, and overall satisfaction for current and futures residences.

The hallway is not well ventilated, so it smells musty. The bathroom doesn't have a fan, which is inconvenient.I wonder when the underground parking lot .asusurrounding construction will be completed.

参观时向我展示的公寓面向约克米尔斯路,但给我的单位却不是。I must emphasize that the unit I agreed to rent is the exact south-facing unit I was shown during the viewing (facing York Mills Rd). This is the apartment I selected, and I expect the lease to reflect this specific unit. A different unit, especially one facing east towards Leslie Rd, is not acceptable to me.
