This is the apartment I selected, and I expect the lease to reflect this specific unit. A different unit, especially one facing east towards Leslie Rd, is not acceptable to me.

Designate MORE visitor parking as many tenants tell their friends its okay to park in spots that other tenants are paying for. Coming home tired from work and finding out your spot is taken by another vehicle. You wait outside a bit, longer than an hour, then you have to call parking enforcement which may take longer than hour for them to come, is a waste of an entire evening.

Most tenants in these buildings already create issues, within the buildings, and for other tenants. This is a very dysfunctional idea. Definitely would not recommend this.
