Visitor parking spots should be more accessible

I would much rather Minto figure out some way to make visitor parking available and convenient such that I could easily get passes for my guest any day/time (perhaps electronically) without going to the office. Most importantly there needs to be spaces AVAILABLE. This is a far higher priority than a car share program to me.
