The service advisor is Awesome!!! Landon needs to be highly recognized for the job he does. Very knowledgeable very people person and professional. I can see bigger and brighter promotions coming up for him. He really makes coming there a real pleasure 🙏 ☺️Excellent customer service and mechanic seemed very knowledgeable

After calling and leaving a message that morning to let the service department know about the issue, they called back at the end of the work day to schedule a time to deal with the issue... Since I missed the call I wasn't able to call back till the next day... As it inconvenient to drive all the way back to the dealership, I found a local tire shop to program the sensors.. they did it for free in five minutes without an appointment... Still, that was an unnecessary inconvenience seeing as it was a simple detail that should have been done at the service center on my new car.

Rather than have me come right back when a service wasn't completed correctly they wanted to schedule a new appointment to correct the issue.The TPMS sensors weren't reprogrammed. Which didn't notify until I was half way home.For some reason, the Toyota waiting area is much nicer even though everything is pretty much in the same place under the Younger dealership banner... It's as though they would rather have me buy Toyota in a couple years when I trade out... The Toyota intake and waiting area are WAY nicer... The Mitsubishi area is like a small used car dealership area... Treated as such as well... Kind of like an afterthought... Definitely unwelcoming.I like the car very much. I like the people when dealing with them in person.... Follow up and response time when dealing with them on the phone or Internet can use some work.

The salesmen and service men are so nice and helpful..the service tech and some salesmen helped us with our Mitsubishi phone app..Now we know how to use the app to start our vehicle and other things..Highly Recommend Younger Mitsubishi..We Love Our 2025 Outlander!
