I booked an appt over the phone and was going to wait on my vehicle but was able to call and just drop my car off and pick it up laterdid not wait on service to be done so do not know about the waiting areas amenities, wifiI never give an excellent review there is always room for improvementyhad to wait over half hour on service manager to come to desk. also had 2 other customers waiting as long as I was,took to long to check out

They diagnosed the issue.Which in turn stated the Electronic emergency brake has an issue.It worked fine. I went there to get the serive mode lights out.Then told I needed to replace a part.The tech did his best I guessIm still waiting for Mitsubishi Motors to return my call as of today one week to reply to my request.That is a bit too long. Which might make this the last time I purchase a Mitsubishi.In the last 20 years I had 6 KIAS AND ONe HyundaiNot because of prices because of warranty and good service.The service managers go our of their way to make sure you return happy and satisfied
