I can't think of a single thing to improve upon. The experience offered by Younger Mitsubishi and River Weese was everything I want out of purchasing a new car. I was greeted promptly, shown exactly the car I wanted to see, the research and choices I had made ahead of time in terms of what I was looking for were respected, while my gaps in knowledge and experience were naturally filled in by River's knowledge to answer and remaining questions I had and to offer an upgrade that was ultimately the better choice for me, which I may have not have made entirely on my own. It was all just very smooth, simple, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and how everything went.The entire process from start to finish was as smooth as could be. I already knew roughly the car I wanted, and River Weese showed me several options and worked with me on comparing features and pricing to help me make the best choice and broke everything down in terms that made sense to me. Overall, everyone at the dealership treated me like I would want my friends and family to be treated, and I would absolutely recommend any of them to go to Younger.
