my concern is that a necessary spare part will only be available in four to six months. Apparently, there is nothing my local dealer can do about this. The part in question is the touch screen in my 2020 Mitsubishi PHEV Outlander, which I purchased new in March 2021. When I visited my local dealer, the touch screen was still working intermittently. However, since then the screen has stopped working altogether, and having to wait at least four months for a replacement is not acceptable to me.

When I made the appointment, I was given a time and date for the appointment. However, this time was not confirmed as it had been done in the past, and it turned out that a wrong time had been entered into your system. I was only able to resolve this issue a day before the appointment, because I was on travel earlier.As mentioned before in the introductory question, I am disappointed that Mitsubishi was not able to provide sufficient inventory for the touch screen monitor of my car, although Mitsubishi is well aware of the issue with this part.

But it took us a while first of calling and not getting through. But then after kind of knowing, it was easy.Service was fast and quick to book.
