Dr. Fandel was very attentive and not in a hurry. She left plenty of time for me to bring up my concerns.

she is super amazing and offered so many different solutions and things that I could do for problems that I may not even have now but my encounter in the future. She has a really great energy and vibe and the entire experience was super amazing.

I do think it should be mandatory that the nurse check vital signs on every sick kid. I had to ask Dr. Krueger if he can have an oxygen saturation checked on my son.I also wish that Sartell Peds had MyChart.I think Dr. Krueger is a great doctor.

Dr Fandel has been seeing my children for 15 years and she is just a fantastic person! She makes the kids feel comfortable and just all around is a great person.

The online check-in process is overly cumbersome so we usually skip it, as the clinic already has all of our information.He is an excellent listener, great bedside manner, and his knowledge of medicine is amazing. We also appreciate that he brainstorms with us, verifies specialized things, and really understands our kids and their needs.

Heidi does an amazing job with our son. So patient and knowledgeable. Explains everything she is doing for him.

She was extremely kind and patient with us while my son wasn’t feeling well. She was thorough and wanted to make sure we figured out exactly what was going on. I truly appreciated her and all of the nurses during our visit.
